Training is one of the primary objectives of the Union. The Telangana State Cooperative Union Ltd., provides training to employees of Cooperative Institutions, Departmental Officials and Fresher’s in 2 Training Centres.
a. Diploma in Coop. Management & Computer Applications (DCM&CA):
The core course offered by Union in its 2 Cooperative Training Centres is called “Diploma in Cooperative Management & Computer Application”. The duration of the course is 20 Weeks including one-week field study. The intake capacity is 40 trainees in each training centre.
The Course covers the following subjects:
b. Computer training in Accountancy:
The TSC Union is having well equipped Computer labs and imparting training to the Departmental Officer and also Employees of PACS in Computers and Accountancy.
c. Special Need Based Trainings:
Apart from the above courses Union also takes up special training programmes on the request of the user Organizations, based on the need of the host organizations, Union designs courses and conducts special training programmes like Office Management, Personality Development, stress management attitudinal change etc. Union is always ready to take up any training programme which will empower the Members, enhance the skills of Employees of Cooperatives and help in Professional Management of Cooperative Institutions. Union firmly believes the Training and only Training can improve the overall performance of all types of Cooperatives.
d. Trainings To Other Departments:
The TSC Union has imparted training to several Cooperatives working under the control of Functional Registrars other departments like Handlooms and Textiles Department, Industries Department, Fisheries Department, Tribal Department, Excise Department, SERP & MEPMA Organization etc on several subjects including TSCS Act, 1964.
e. Trainings To Other Departments:
Leadership Development Programme is meant for the members in the Managing Committee of the societies. They are the target group to be trained in all aspects of the activities of the cooperative societies to become self-reliant and to achieve their goal.
The Government of Telangana vide G.O.Rt.No.391, Agriculture and Cooperation (Coop. II) Department, dated. 05-08-2016 has appointed the Person-In-Charge Committee consist of (4) members under Section 32(7)(a) of Telangana State Cooperative Societies Cooperative Union Ltd, Hyderabad.
